Apple Cider
So you made apple butter, but you ended up with all these cores and weird looking bits. What should you do with them? Make apple cider, of course!
This apple cider is not fermented. This is more like spiced apple juice, I guess. It's delicious served cold on warm afternoons or served hot with a warm slice of pie on cool autumn nights. And it's sooo easy to make!
Take all those cores from making apples butter and put them in a big stock pot.
